Saturday Night Dinner & Concert

     August 26th, from 5:30 - 9:30 pm at the Crowne Plaza Resort,  there will be a time to mingle and eat. 

Our Buffet Menu includes:
  • Mixed Greens with Assorted Dressings
  • Bow Tie Pasta Salad with Artichokes, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomato, Red Onion and Pesto
  • Filet Mignon served with Wild Mushroom Demi Glace
  • Herb Roasted Bone-in Chicken Breast with Sage Jus
  • BBQ Shrimp with Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • Roasted Baby Potatoes
  • Steamed Broccoli
  • Fresh Vegetable Medley
  • Freshly Baked Rolls
  • Turtle Cheesecakes and Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
  • Coffee and Tea provided
  • Cash bar available for soft drinks, beer and wine.
      After dinner, we will have some fun activities as well as a solemn video, remembering classmates who have passed.  We will also present some Awards.  Then after our food has settled, we have the Marsha Morgan Band playing for us.  For more info on Marsha, Click Here.
